Welcome to Freepix.ng, a creative subscription platform connecting businesses, artists, and creators with professional design services. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before use.

Subscription Plans

Freepix.ng operates on a monthly subscription model with three tiers:

• Music Artists Plan: ₦50,000/month

• Online Business Plan: ₦70,000/month

• Content Creator Plan: ₦200,000/month

Each plan provides a defined number of design requests, revisions, and creative deliverables per month, as detailed in your plan description at the time of purchase.

Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via secure online payment gateways.

• Payments are non-refundable once a design process begins.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

• You can cancel or upgrade your plan anytime from your Freepix.ng account dashboard.

Deliverables and Design Scope

• Each subscription covers a set number of creative deliverables (e.g., flyers, album covers, thumbnails, social media visuals) per month.

• Complex or special projects outside your plan’s scope may incur extra charges, which will be clearly communicated in advance.

• Freepix.ng retains the right to reject design briefs that violate copyright laws, ethical standards, or involve harmful content.

Ownership and Intellectual Property (IP)

• Due to payment of your subscription, ownership rights of completed designs transfer to you, the client.

• Freepix.ng retains the right to display completed works in its portfolio or marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality.

Turnaround Time

• Standard design turnaround is 48–72 hours per request.

• Revisions are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.

• Urgent projects or rush requests are subject to designer availability and may attract additional fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but remain active until the end of the current billing period.

• Refunds are not issued for partially used billing cycles.

• If Freepix.ng fails to deliver your design within the agreed timeframe without valid reason, you may request a service credit (not cash refund).

User Responsibilities

• Clients must provide clear, complete design briefs and timely feedback.

• Delayed feedback may affect delivery schedules and cannot be used as grounds for refunds.

• You agree not to resell, redistribute, or misrepresent designs created by Freepix.ng as your own design service.

Designer Conduct

• Designers on Freepix.ng are inhouse creative workers contracted to fulfill design requests.

• Freepix.ng ensures and maintains a review system to uphold quality standards.

Limitation of Liability

• Freepix.ng is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Amendments to Terms

• Freepix.ng reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

Welcome to Freepix, an online creative services platform connecting designers with users who need design services. By registering as a designer on Freepix, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating on the platform.

Definitions

• "Platform" refers to Freepix’s online website and associated mobile applications.

• "User" refers to individuals or entities that submit design orders on the platform.

• "Designer" refers to any individual who registers on Freepix and completes design orders for users.

• "Order" refers to a design request posted by a user on Freepix.

Order Execution and Completion

• Designers may select any available order posted by a user on the platform.

• Upon completion of the design, the designer must submit the work through Freepix for the user’s review.

• An order is considered complete when the user marks it as “accepted” after reviewing the submitted design.

• Once an order is accepted by the user, Freepix will compensate the designer for the completed work.

Compensation

• Designers are compensated N2,000 per completed order.

• Payment is only made for orders that have been marked as accepted by the user.

• Designers may request withdrawals at any time; however, payouts will be processed and made by Freepix every Friday.

• Freepix reserves the right to adjust the compensation structure in the future, with prior notification to designers.

Withdrawal Requests

• Designers may submit withdrawal requests through their account dashboard at any time.

• Payouts for services rendered during the week will be processed and paid on Fridays.

• Designers are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up to date. Freepix is not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect payment information.

Order Content and Flagging

• Designers have the right to flag any order they deem inappropriate or unreasonable.

• An order may be flagged if it contains too many design requests. The standard expectation is that each order will contain only one design request.

• Freepix will review flagged orders and take appropriate action, which may include adjusting the order requirements or canceling the order.

Designer Responsibilities

• Designers must ensure that they adhere to the agreed-upon delivery times and provide high-quality work that meets the user’s brief.

• Designers should maintain clear and professional communication with users to clarify requirements or resolve issues related to the design brief.

• Designers are prohibited from submitting work that contains plagiarized or unoriginal content.

Intellectual Property

• Designers retain ownership of their original work until it is accepted by the user.

• Upon acceptance, the intellectual property rights for the completed design are transferred to the user, unless otherwise agreed.

• Designers may showcase their work in portfolios or personal projects but should not disclose any confidential information related to the client or the order.

Termination of Account

• Freepix reserves the right to suspend or terminate a designer's account in cases of repeated failure to deliver on orders, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Designers may also voluntarily close their accounts by notifying Freepix in writing. Any pending payouts will be processed according to the usual schedule.

Amendments

• Freepix may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Designers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation on the platform after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or participation on Freepix shall be resolved under Nigerian law.
