Welcome to Freepix, an online creative services platform that enables users to receive design services for free. However, a non-refundable posting fee of N1,000 Naira is required to post an order. This fee covers our operational costs. A service fee of N2,000 Naira is required to pay for design service after an order is accepted. The N2,000 fee provides stipends to registered designers on the platform.

By using Freepix, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Freepix website and any associated mobile applications.

• "User" refers to individuals or entities posting design requests on Freepix.

• "Designer" refers to registered individuals fulfilling design orders on the platform.

• "Order" refers to the design request submitted by the user, which may only contain one design task.

Posting of Orders

• Users may post design-related orders on the Freepix platform by paying a non-refundable posting fee of N1,000 Naira per order.

• The posting fee covers the platform's running costs

• Service fee of N2,000 Naira is required to pay for design service after an order is accepted.

• The N2,000 fee provides stipends to registered designers on the platform.

• Orders that contain more than one design request may be flagged by designers as inappropriate.

Order Execution and Delivery

• Once an order is posted, a designer will pick up the order for execution.

• The designer sets the delivery time based on the complexity of the task and their workload.

• Users must wait for the agreed-upon delivery time, and they cannot request cancellation or refunds unless the designer fails to deliver the order by the stated deadline.

• Users are responsible for providing clear and accurate design briefs to ensure proper execution of their order.

Design Limit per Order

• Each order is limited to one design request. If an order contains multiple requests, it may be flagged by the designer and reviewed by Freepix.

• Users should create separate orders if they require multiple design tasks.

Acceptance of Completed Orders

• Once a designer delivers the completed design, the user must review the work.

• If the user is satisfied, they are required to mark the order as accepted.

• Marking an order as accepted finalizes the transaction and N2,000 service fee will be paid to release the designer’s compensation for the work.

User Conduct

• Users must act professionally and respectfully when communicating with designers.

• Any abuse, inappropriate language, or misconduct may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account.

• Users are encouraged to resolve any disputes with designers directly, but they may escalate issues to Freepix support if necessary.

Payment and Refunds

• The posting fee is non-refundable, even in cases where the user is dissatisfied with the final design.

• The service fee is only paid after the user is satisfied with the design service rendered.

• Freepix facilitates interactions between users and designers but does not guarantee the outcome of the design process.

Disputes and Flagging

• If a user feels that a designer is not fulfilling their obligations (e.g., missing the delivery time), they may report the issue to Freepix.

• Designers may flag orders that contain multiple design requests or are deemed inappropriate, which will then be reviewed by Freepix for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

• Freepix is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the quality of the design or any delays caused by the designer.

• Users acknowledge that Freepix acts solely as a platform for connecting users and designers and is not liable for the final product.

Intellectual Property

• Upon delivery and acceptance of the design, the intellectual property rights for the completed design are transferred to the user, unless otherwise agreed.

• Users must ensure that the design requests comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.

Amendments

• Freepix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Freepix will be subject to Nigerian law.

Order Execution and Completion

• Designers may select any available order posted by a user on the platform.

• Upon completion of the design, the designer must submit the work through Freepix for the user’s review.

• An order is considered complete when the user marks it as “accepted” after reviewing the submitted design.

• Once an order is accepted by the user, Freepix will compensate the designer for the completed work.

Compensation

• Designers are compensated N2,000 per completed order.

• Payment is only made for orders that have been marked as accepted by the user.

• Designers may request withdrawals at any time; however, payouts will be processed and made by Freepix every Friday.

• Freepix reserves the right to adjust the compensation structure in the future, with prior notification to designers.

Withdrawal Requests

• Designers may submit withdrawal requests through their account dashboard at any time.

• Payouts for services rendered during the week will be processed and paid on Fridays.

• Designers are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate and up to date. Freepix is not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect payment information.

Order Content and Flagging

• Designers have the right to flag any order they deem inappropriate or unreasonable.

• An order may be flagged if it contains too many design requests. The standard expectation is that each order will contain only one design request.

• Freepix will review flagged orders and take appropriate action, which may include adjusting the order requirements or canceling the order.

Designer Responsibilities

• Designers must ensure that they adhere to the agreed-upon delivery times and provide high-quality work that meets the user’s brief.

• Designers should maintain clear and professional communication with users to clarify requirements or resolve issues related to the design brief.

• Designers are prohibited from submitting work that contains plagiarized or unoriginal content.

Intellectual Property

• Designers retain ownership of their original work until it is accepted by the user.

• Upon acceptance, the intellectual property rights for the completed design are transferred to the user, unless otherwise agreed.

• Designers may showcase their work in portfolios or personal projects but should not disclose any confidential information related to the client or the order.

Termination of Account

• Freepix reserves the right to suspend or terminate a designer's account in cases of repeated failure to deliver on orders, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• Designers may also voluntarily close their accounts by notifying Freepix in writing. Any pending payouts will be processed according to the usual schedule.

Amendments

• Freepix may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Designers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation on the platform after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or participation on Freepix shall be resolved under Nigerian law.
